Hey all! Brian here. Just jumping in with a quick update to let you know that I've sent final reminders on Backerkit. You should have 48 hours from now to make any final changes to your add-ons, after which the orders will automatically lock. I was going to do this earlier this week, but we've been dealing with a pet with failing health and ended up having to put her down yesterday. Thanks for your patience! Any ebook add-ons will be delivered once payment goes through.
An update on Blood Tally: I should have the copy edits back sometime today. Once I've finished going over them, the book will be sent to formatting and audio. We should be getting pretty close to delivering the ebook! As for hardcover and audio, I'll keep everyone informed as things progress.
Valkyrie Collections Map

Hey all! Brian here with another update. I have the final Valkyrie Collections map back from Ben McSweeney, and I'm super excited to show it to you. First, a quick bit of business: if you didn't see the comment I posted last week, those of you who have gotten UC Audible codes will want to use this link to redeem instead of the one I provided in your fulfillment email. Sorry for the confusion!
Now, on with the map! Ben and I went back and forth on this a whole bunch of times trying to figure out something modern, but still with a "fantasy" theme to it. In that spirit we've brought you a screenshot of Alek's phone. I hope you guys like it!
Backerkit Surveys, Uncanny Collateral, and Delivery Schedule Update

Hey everyone! Brian here to let you know that Backerkit Surveys have been sent. This is the next step and required before I can send the BLOOD TALLY ebook to my formatting guy, so please answer this ASAP! Anyone who hasn't answered within a week will have their Kickstarter name listed in the back of the book (rather than a name or pseudonym of their choice).
The delivery schedule shows four weeks after the end of the Kickstarter, and this is an error on my part - Kickstarter doesn't send me confirmation on funds for two weeks, which means I couldn't confirm the high-end naming pledge levels and get the book sent to my copy-editor as fast as I'd meant to. SO: we're looking at a delivery date of November 19th instead of November 5th. My apologies!
Finally, UNCANNY COLLATERAL has been uploaded to the Backerkit digital distribution. If you picked up a copy, it should be there waiting for you! Anyone who received an UNCANNY COLLATERAL Audible Code should also have theirs. Let me know if there are any problems, as this is my first time using Backerkit's digital distribution.
Two-week update!

Hey everyone! Brian here popping in to let you know how things are humming along.
Kickstarter has charged cards and is now forwarding the funds. There were a handful of dropped charges (per usual) so check and make sure that your card is up to date if it doesn't look like things went through. I believe Kickstarter will attempt to make these charges for a few days yet.
The next step will be kicking everything over to Backerkit. I've finished building out everything over there and sent it to them for review, so things should be going smoothly on that end. Surveys will soon go out - US-based backers have the opportunity to add most of my collected works (all signed) to your cart for delivery with BLOOD TALLY at the end of the year. Internationally, you'll have access to my self-pubbed ebooks.
As for the book itself: I've sent messages to everyone who backed at a named character level. I'm going to get those in and nailed down ASAP, and once those names are added the book will go directly to my copy editor. Things should move quickly from there, and we're still on schedule for the November 8th ebook delivery!

Hey everyone! BLOOD TALLY has officially funded (at 175% of its original goal)! A huge thank you to everyone who supported the Kickstarter. I'll make several of these updates over the next few weeks to let you know how things are going and what you need to do to receive your rewards.
A little update on the creative side: my own editing is close to being finished. My copy-editor is getting married this weeked (and I'll be at the wedding) so no chance of that being turned in early, but BT is on her schedule in a couple weeks, and then it'll go to formatting, and then the ebook will be sent to you! The hardcover and audiobook will obviously take longer, and I'll keep you in the loop as that progresses.
